What is a Natural Human Diet?

When you come upon road kill, do you feel compelled to stop and sniff it and perhaps snack on it? Does the sight of a dead animal make you salivate? Do you daydream about killing cows with your bare hands and eating them raw? If you answered no to these questions, congratulations—like it or not, you’re an innate fruitarian.

According to the most cutting edge biologists, anthropologists and researchers who study our anatomy, and that of humans of the past, humans are Fruitarian who are not well suited to eating meat or the harder fibered plants. It’s also being realized that dehydrating and cooking renders foods not intended for human consumption into forms that are not long term optimal for human health also.

Humans lack both the physical characteristics of carnivores and the instinct that drives them to kill animals and devour their raw carcasses and no animal in nature induces a “fever” into it’s food to render it edible. Therefore all cooked foods contribute some level of toxicity to the body’s systems responsible for inner cleanliness and the prevention of toxins harming us.

Although many humans choose to eat a wide variety of plant and animal foods, earning us the dubious title of “omnivore,” we’re anatomically herbivorous.

Teeth, Jaws, and Nails

Humans have short, soft fingernails and pathetically small “canine” teeth. In contrast, carnivores all have sharp claws and large canine teeth that are capable of tearing flesh.

Carnivores’ jaws move only up and down, requiring them to tear chunks of flesh from their prey and swallow them whole. Humans and other primates can move their jaws up and down and from side to side, allowing them to grind up fruit and vegetables with their back teeth. Like other plant eater’s teeth, humans’ back molars are flat for grinding fibrous plant foods. Carnivores lack these flat molars.

Dr. Richard Leakey, a renowned anthropologist, summarizes, “You can’t tear flesh by hand, you can’t tear hide by hand. Our anterior teeth are not suited for tearing flesh or hide. We don’t have large canine teeth, and we wouldn’t have been able to deal with food sources that require those large canines.”

When we take foods not suited for natural human consumption and cook them we may be releasing some of those foods nutrients for utilization but are also breaking the biochemical language of some of those nutrients rendering them as more or less inorganically recognizable chemicals to our body’s innate intelligence that orchestrates digestion and distribution of what we eat.  When this happens the body must go find within itself the missing “letters of the alphabet” that seem to be missing from the chemical sentences the organic biochemistry of the food is missing to make sense of  where the materials can be used. This process over time causes us deficiencies in various micro and even large molecule nutrients that result in the gradual and sometimes sudden weakening and or shut down of bodily systems and the appearance of symptoms of which Western Medicine loves to misdiagnose, label and exploit for long term profit.

Stomach Acidity

Carnivores swallow their food whole, relying on their extremely acidic stomach juices to break down flesh and kill the dangerous bacteria in meat that would otherwise sicken or kill them. Our stomach acids are much weaker in comparison because strong acids aren’t needed to digest pre-chewed fruits and vegetables. Our natural foods are almost self digesting when introduced to our digestive tracts.

Carnivores have short intestinal tracts and colons that allow meat to pass through the animal relatively quickly, before it can rot and cause illness. Humans’ intestinal tracts are much longer than those of carnivores of comparable size. Longer intestines allow the body more time to break down fiber and absorb the nutrients from plant-based foods, but they make it dangerous for humans to eat meat. The bacteria in meat have extra time to multiply during the long trip through the digestive system, increasing the risk of food poisoning. Meat actually begins to rot while it makes its way through human intestines, which increases the risk of colon cancer.

Human Psychology

Humans also lack the instinct that drives carnivores to kill animals and devour their raw carcasses. While carnivores take pleasure in killing animals and eating their raw flesh, any human who killed an animal with his or her bare hands and ate the raw corpse would be considered deranged. Carnivorous animals are excited by the scent of blood and the thrill of the chase. Most humans, on the other hand, are revolted by the sight of blood, intestines, and raw flesh and cannot tolerate hearing the screams of animals being ripped apart and killed. The bloody reality of eating animals is innately repulsive to us, another indication that we weren’t designed to eat meat. Where as when our nose catches the scent of tree ripened fruits we instantly begin to salivate and look around for where it is.

If We Were Meant to Eat Meat, Why Is It Killing Us?


Carnivorous animals in the wild virtually never suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, strokes, or obesity, ailments that are caused in humans in large part by the consumption of the saturated fat and cholesterol found in meat.

Fat and Cholesterol

Studies have shown that even when fed 200 times the amount of animal fat and cholesterol that the average human consumes each day, carnivores do not develop the hardening of the arteries that leads to heart disease and strokes in humans.

Human bodies, on the other hand, weren’t designed to process animal flesh, so all the excess fat and cholesterol from a meat-based diet makes us sick. Heart disease, for example, is the number one killer in the U.S., according to the American Heart Association, and medical experts agree that this ailment is largely the result of the consumption of animal products. Meat-eaters have a 32 percent higher risk of developing heart disease than Fruitarians – Raw Vegans!

Excess Protein

We consume over twice as much protein as we need when we eat a meat-based diet, and this contributes to osteoporosis, tooth decay and kidney stones. According to peer-reviewed studies, animal protein raises the acid level in our blood, causing calcium to be excreted from the bones and teeth in order to restore the blood’s natural pH balance. This calcium depletion leads to osteoporosis and cavities, and the excreted calcium ends up in the kidneys and joints, where it can form kidney stones, trigger kidney disease, contribute to arthritis and or gout.

Consuming animal protein has also been linked to cancer of the colon, breast, prostate, and pancreas. According to nutrition expert T. Colin Campbell, the director of the Cornell-China-Oxford Project on Nutrition, Health, and Environment, “In the next ten years, one of the things you’re bound to hear is that animal protein … is one of the most toxic nutrients of all that can be considered.”

Eating meat can also have negative consequences for stamina and sexual potency. One Danish study indicated that “men riding a stationary bicycle until muscle failure lasted an average of 114 minutes on a mixed meat and vegetable diet, 57 minutes on a high-meat diet, and a whopping 167 minutes on a vegan diet.” Besides having increased physical endurance, vegan men are also less likely to suffer from impotence.

Food Poisoning

Since we don’t have strong stomach acids like carnivores to kill all the bacteria in meat, dining on animal flesh can also give us food poisoning. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, meat is a significant cause of foodborne illnesses in the U.S. because it’s often contaminated with dangerous bacteria such as E. coli, listeria, and campylobacter. Every year in the U.S. alone, food poisoning sickens more than 48 million people and kills more than 3,000. Think about this a moment… If those number were from the vitamin supplement industry those industries would be shut down in a heart beat!

Dr. William C. Roberts, editor of the authoritative American Journal of Cardiology, sums it up this way: “Although we think we are carnivores and we act as if we are one, human beings are not natural carnivores. When we kill animals to eat them, they end up killing us because their flesh, which contains cholesterol and saturated fat, was never intended for human beings, who are natural raw vegans.”

Human Evolution and the Rise of Meat-Heavy Diets

If it’s so unhealthy and unnatural for humans to eat meat, why did our ancestors sometimes turn to flesh for sustenance?

During most of our evolutionary history, we were raw fruitarian or ate lots of fruits and as desired greens and veggies: Once humans came down out of the trees and began to roam, yams, made up the bulk of our diet. The more frequent addition of modest amounts of meat to the early human diet came with humans leaving the forest for the open grasslands and finding themselves starving enough to resort to pillaging carnivores abandoned kills or the remains of animals killed in forest fires. Which is likely how humans came to the discovery of fire, which in learning to transport or create, allowed us to lower the risk of being sickened or killed by parasites and bacteria in and on meat. This practice didn’t turn our ancestors into carnivores but rather allowed early humans to survive during periods in which plant foods were unavailable.

Modern Humans

Until recently, only the wealthiest people could afford to feed, raise, and slaughter animals for meat, and less wealthy and poor people ate mostly plant foods. Consequently, prior to the 20th century, only the rich were plagued routinely with diseases such as heart disease and obesity.

Since 1950, the per capita consumption of meat has almost doubled. Now that animal flesh has become relatively cheap and is easily available (thanks to the cruel, cost-cutting practices of factory farming), deadly ailments such as heart disease, strokes, cancer, and obesity have spread to people across the socio-economic spectrum. And as the Western lifestyle spills over into less developed areas in Asia and Africa, people there, too, have begun to suffer and die from diseases associated with meat-based diets.

Today we find ourselves in a world where humanity is rapidly destroying all ecosystems and their inhabitants for the sake of continuing the consumption of meat for falsely held beliefs that we must have it to get enough protein and vitamin B12. Some even use the excuse that God ordained humans to ravage the Earth which is about as foolish as imaginable.

If humanity continues eating animals the end result will be catastrophic for the entire planet in just our lifetimes at this point.

Empathy vs Ego?

When I was a small boy I remember my step father taking me to one of my aunts home to visit. As our time there passed I noticed more and more men and their families showing up and as usual they were all drinking lots of alcohol and talking loud.

Then I saw one of them pick up a large metal bowl and a butcher knife and head outside with all the other men following.

I thought nothing of it at that point until I began to hear men yelling, laughing and a very large pig screaming louder than I’d ever heard any creature before.

I bolted out the door to see what was going on only to see 8-10 men holding down a massive male pig with some violently parting his hind legs while in the midst of cutting open his scrotum with no anesthetic and cutting off his testicles.

Then breaking out a can of something that sprayed blue all over the area they had gutted his crotch moments before. The pig screamed so loud and they were all laughing, hooping and hollering…

I felt such a revulsion that all I could do was stand speechless that adult men that I was supposed to see as noble, authoritarian, fair, trust worthy and ethical could do such a thing to a creature that offered no harm to anyone?

That was the beggining of my awakening to the mentally ill world I too had been born into.

Are we really “modern men” yet?

During my dark years of trying be a good little cooked food eater I would have moments where I pondered why we exposed so many foods to fire.

I readily saw the absurdity of eating raw flesh, even sushi made little sense yet I understand how much we do to hide or mask and remake the taste of flesh to convince the tongue to let it past.

It was after pondering how no creature in nature gives its food a ‘fever” nor tries to change its flavor with all kinds of “excitotoxins” that I began to really question what we really knew about whats native – innate or natural human foods?

It was during the search for answers to these kinds of questions that I got the full frontal views of what animals go through to become eaten by humans and what affects all this has in humans.

That’s when I realized most of us have been deceived all our lives and don’t know we don’t know because our innate compassion for animals and even humans has been pummeled and buried in suppression, and the effects of consuming the chemistry of death contained in the bodies of those we pay others to kill and we eat.

Food Inc.

This awakening brought me to the realization that humanity is actually still in the stone ages when it comes to understanding health and optimizing human fueling.

Never mind respect for the Planet and all its other inhabitants.


I, like perhaps you, are budding flowers of this new era of awareness…. Soon to become planet wide.

Our current system of things – meaning jobs, time demanded or required to earn enough to live healthily, TV and online media is all constructed or rigged to protect the interest of the few that control what the masses are programmed to consume.

These top of the pyramid few are power to the people – or – your being awake, educated on topics that matter, being well, or a free-thinker.

This must change on an ever-expanding scale to bring about “The Shift” the planets population of humans need to change all this.

One of the most profound realizations I had in my quest to understand why I felt so de-energized eating other animals body parts or even substances that came out of their body’s like milk and eggs, was that once ingested our body’s innate intelligence actually read the organic vs inorganic source code or DNA – Chemistry of what we consumed and made very intelligent decisions as to whether a given meal appeared to be damaged tissue, contained “Organic Chemistry encoded enough to actually support life in a human biochemistry powered body, meaning it was composed of “organically combined sentences of chemicals” of “What would this meal would be good for?
If the components of the meal tested by the body’s innate intelligence, to be organically jumbled, modified, missing letters in its alphabetical key tumblers or proved just unreadable….
It’s likely to be deemed poisonous, dangerous or toxic.
How would one know what the body thinks of what one ate?
Generally, the very best way to know the answer to this question is to fully power up the human space suit with a stomach full of ripe, water rich, sweet fruits or at least blendered fruits in the form of smoothies over the span of a few days or weeks. Once the body is powered up beyond what your past diet could support, re-adding back in any of the lower vibration food like choices will bring you back to the level of functionality you used to tolerate only because you had been in that state for so long that your memory of what being adequately powered up has been buried by a massive pile of lies and ignorance.
Scientist have actually put tiny cameras into stomachs of living humans and along with taking samples of stomach contents shortly after consumption of raw and cooked animal flesh vs raw and cooked plant foods to eat to see how the body responded to them at the immune system level.
How the Immune System Works….
If you have an antivirus program on your computer it most likely scans every incoming email and every web page link looking for anything that could bring harm or has malicious intent to your pc. Our immune system works very much like that too.
When we ingest any form of the DNA of another animal be it raw or cooked, your immune systems upfront reaction is to launch a full-scale front line attack of white blood cells with the mission being first to encapsulate (Mucus or Pus is dead white blood cells) and then remove the offending substance through the nearest or most functional system of elimination.
This response also happens to a much lesser degree regarding cooked plant-based foods. It’s almost non-existent regarding whole, ripe, raw, water rich, sweet, organic fruits, greens and veggies.
This mucus or pus reaction over time coats the digestive systems lining with  a sticky and gooey material mixed with undigested or undigestable foods you ate. Over more time it becomes a kind of “spackle” or plaster that hardens, reducing how much exposed intestinal wall you have to absorb nutrients or remove toxins from the blood stream through.
This stage sets in motion inflammation of the intestinal lining and autointoxication and the shift of the blood pH towards acid and a cascade of “Perfect Storm” like conditions throughout the body for any illness up to and including cancer to blossom and thrive. This my friends is why Diet is the most important aspect of Inner Hygiene and Inner Health.
This reality alone was enough to solidify my conviction that we have in mass and generationally been scammed into a Diet of Death and ultimately destruction of our species, all other species and the Planet Earth – of which is self-evident if one looks around or at pictures like the one below that depicts the next “De-Evolution” of humanity if it stays on the path it’s on.
This Death Diet is designed to accelerate aging, dim the inner lights or brain power in the areas of critical thinking outside the norms, and making people more controllable and manipulatable.
To question one’s food choices, applicability, and the ethics of where the food came from vs our inner adhorance to blood shed, violence, rape, slavery and such is a direct threat to  our “Handlers” and “Programmers” as a mass Awakening is a threat to their profiting from weakness and ignorance.




What to do to Fully Power Up Your Body’s Capacity for Regeneration

Humans closest cousins who share 98% of the same DNA and design as us are the Bonobo Chimpanzees. They are unlike the occasional insect and small animal eating cousins regular chimps and other species of monkey, by design purely Fruitarians. They also happen to have zero tendency towards violence towards one another and tend to share everything they find for food with each other.
In my own observations I clearly see that the more animal DNA any given human consumes the more likely they will look at and operate out of fear, pain avoidance, lack empathy for other humans, especially if they seem in any way different.
Everything about us seems geared towards Fruit as our primary fuel. The largest portion of real estate on the human tongue is dedicated to tasting for sweets. Not blood, not fat, not protein, but sweets. Think that’s an accident or mistake? Think not… We have no natural ability to take down animals large enough to supply our caloric needs without technology. If we somehow could as humans are discussed at the idea of burying our faces into the ripped open hot, bloody, smelly bowels of a fresh kill to eat its delicate organs as all true carnivorous animals salivate to do. But wave a slice of a ripe, juicy peach, watermelon, honey-dew or papaya in front of the same human’s nose and it’s as if a beautiful woman just walked into a room of viral men or vise versa (or whatever combo rocks your attention).  The drool in the mouth at the scent of the fruit is unavoidable. The only way a human drools at a dead animal carcass is to reframe the carcass into a cooked piece of carved up meat smothered in the seasonings from plants to camouflage their lack of desire to eat such a choice. That’s a pretty powerful clue right there….
What to Consume Instead?
The trail of clues is as simple as taking a weanable toddler and placing it in a play pen with various piles of grains, dry beans, seeds, grasses and greens, veggies and a puppy, a chicken, a baby goat, a calf and various slices of organic, ripe, sweet, water rich, fruits. Then stand back and watch it naturally select its native foods before an adults dysfunctional programming comes in an confuses the child into the downward slide towards endless confusion and illnesses.

The key to realizing that humans are innate Fruitarian’s is that we’ve been trained to think of sweets as bad and fruits are only snack food or at best desert. That’s incorrect.

Before I unpack that note let me also mention that humans are the only species upon the Earth that thinks it ought to consume more than one food at a meal. Meaning all animals in nature eat “Mono Meals” or one food until satiated, full or satisfied. This allows for the body to specialize in how to best digest and utilize  this one food to an optimal outcome during digestion and conversion to microscopic elements needed for the various systems that actually need the foods nutritional contents and encoding.

Regarding humans being innate Fruitarians – from our tongues to our teeth to the soft hair like lining of our digestive tracts (Villi) which are destroyed by sticky, gooey, low fibered animal product consumption and also damaged and destroyed by the harder kinds of plant fibers which is why humans are not innate Vegans or Herbivores either. Most vegetation is of the harder fiber varieties. Those fibers when consumed and especially when ground up either via our teeth or a blender become tiny shards of glass like particles to our delicate stomach and intestinal linings that scrape, cut and scar said lining. The mentioned Villi contain tiny capillaries which is where the transfer of nutrients into the bloodstream and waste byproducts out of the blood stream is supposed to occur. Destroy those and you are forever compromised in your ability to absorb nutrition and maintain toxin free blood chemistry.  We can dissolve the soft fibers of fruits and the softer fiber varieties of greens and veggies.  Not the hard stuff… and that’s also why so much of the less than optimal stuff has historically been cooked before camouflaging the taste to eat them. Real human foods require no heat nor camouflage.

When we return to eating enough fruits each day via mono meals and occasional mixing of fruits to meet our actual caloric needs for whatever level of activity we carry we automatically consume enough free form amino or simple protein molecules and free form fatty acids or healthy fats to get those needs met automatically. Cravings go away… Alertness becomes self-evident… Weight drops as the body no longer needs to dilute the poisons we’ve consumed in our weakened state of not having the inner fortitude to pass the toxins out via stool, urine, sweat and breath… Bowl odor disappears, sweat no longer smells like ammonia or sulfur… And much, much more…

Eating junk – dead, nutrient impoverished, species inappropriate foods and food like substances is subsidized by the industries that profit from your being fat, sick, weak, having cravings and being confused.
Some of those include the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Food Cartels.
They are subsidized or paid off by Welfare Programs funded by your tax dollars through the Government. The Government funnels your taxes over to these industries to lower these industries overhead so they can sell you their products and services far below their true cost to create or offer so you stay addicted and dimmed – dumbed down to question or challenge or afford to question or leave their plans for your life.
It’s easy to justify moving to an organic, living foods diet but not so much when one’s budget is strained already within the current budget.
Since Regenerative Foods are not subsidized, but actually penalized with extra paperwork and accountability standards compared to Factory Farmed junk foods, they cost more to live on at least in the USA.

While a small handful of hospitals like his have begun making rational changes to their menus involving organic food, one promising new project could up the ante, and in the process change the way hospitals do prescriptions forever.

“We have created a project where my organic produce co-op and his clinic are going to start recommending and prescribing fruits and vegetables instead of or in place of prescription drugs,” said Kristina Carrillo-Bucaram, founder of the Rawfully Organic Co-op in Houston, Texas, which is considered to be the largest in the United States, about her new project with Dr. Garth Davis.



Dr. Davis is a bariatric surgeon who also specializes in programs for weight loss, diabetes, high blood pressure, and nutrition in general in his clinic at the Memorial Hermann hospital in Houston, where Bucaram’s co-op is located.

He’s also a vegan and competitive runner who once dealt with health problems of his own and was told he’d have to be on medication for the rest of his life.

He went on a vegetarian yoga retreat and experienced firsthand how good clean eating and the right kind of exercise can feel, before returning to his practice and re-evaluating things.

The new plan involves the writing of actual prescriptions for fruits and veggies from her organic co-op for patients who have certain health conditions. “Just that visual of people going with prescription to pick up fruits and vegetables is going to be a real powerful one, it’s going to start changing people’s ideas,” Dr. Davis stated.
