Dyslexia as a Tool for Empowerment

You carry in your body the cell level memory of your life’s moments or memories all the way back to when your body was 2 completely physically two different cells in mom and dad.

Everything those two cells experienced and all the cells that have birthed after they met are imprinted with every “learning moment” of your entire life. And every moment awake, asleep, of even knocked out is a learning moment to the intelligence that orchestrates the trillions of things going on on all levels of body level awareness.

The following is a comment I made to a friends post after he made a funny about dyslexia which is a form of cellular memory being acted out.

I decided to repost if here as so few have been awakened in this area so that those who recognize in themselves any of what I wrote might be encouraged and motivated to pursue more insights and experiences of mastering cellular memory and using it for their own highest good and even the good of others….

Dyslexia is in most cases a stress induced blind spot in nerve and muscle circuits.

Every moment of our lives is a learning moment.

Everything our cellular memory (which is every entire bodily position including the eyes, we are in especially during experiences of distress or pain) stores how we feel and our thoughts about our perceptions.

Negative emotions especially intense or chronic ones, become areas of “if it looks like, sounds like, smells like, taste like, feels like…. It must be like (something we didn’t like in the past) and we don’t won’t to feel that way again so what did we do in the that perhaps far distant past learning moment?

In moments of extreme negative stress we tend to check out perceptually and even functionally on being fully conscious and responsible or responsive functionally in that area.

Behavioral Barometer

Now imagine during the process of learning each letter of the alphabet a kid is not ready to learn alphabets but is a math wiz at that age but is forced to try to do alphabets.

What do you think will be happening from those days forward when he tries to read a paragraph of text and recall what it means from within his inner cloud of feeling “checked out emotionally or any number of emotions that come online as the muscles of each eye strain to focus on what each letter sounds like, looks like, feels like? BBBBAAAMMMM instant dyslexia.

These symptoms can also affect every other area of a person’s life including athletic and relationship performance or attunement. I was the person I just described. In the midst of discovering how to regenerate nerves, joints and cartilage destroyed in a hit n run almost life ending car vs motorcycle event back in my 20’s I stumbled upon a school here in CA that specialized in the testing, identification and correction of dyslexias.

After reading one of their brochures and recognizing I had all the symptoms they described I opted to sit in on one of their demo nights and realized the work they did was an important part of my path to both being finally free of the influence of a shadowy effect of my childhood that haunted me decade after decade and learning more about triggering the body’s powers of regeneration.

Instead of becoming a private one on one client on the side of theirs I through every last penny I had without an afterthought to become a trainer / facilitator of their insights, processes and seminars.

The certification included hands on classroom testing, identifying and “defusion” of every possible area of emotion induced blind spots that were the source of a pervasive symptom map of my dyslexias.

This transformed my life in ways I will never be able to fully articulate. I set up a private practice and seminar – facilitator training business that I ran for years.

I totally enjoyed witnessing and experiencing tons of others discover how they made themselves dyslexic and how to permanently and painlessly defuse it. And I used those experiences and insights to build a bridge to insights that allowed me to not only restore all the body parts the supposedly the best doctors on the planet claimed were not naturally salvageable, but have gone on to do things I never dreamed I could even in my 50’s that I couldn’t do in my 20’s physically, mentally and emotionally.

Miracles are everywhere and within us.

We’ve mostly been crippled out of fear, ignorance and generational curses.

All of which can been used as fodder for growth.

It’s in our DNA and your sense of self empowerment is just beyond your body level blind spots or fears.

Illuminating The Way

Stuck in Traffic

I see post on FaceBook of friends and family frustrated and angry because they are “Stuck in Traffic” – When I traverse the region I live in known as “The Inland Empire” or Corona California, I many times run past blocks of people “Stuck in Traffic” even far away from the main freeway “The 91 or the 15” on surface streets. I feel like a free animal running past others of my species that are in cages whose doors are unlocked. The real lock is just a construct of their minds.
This is my response to one such post about “Being stuck in traffic”
 
But remember… You are traffic! I stopped hating myself and got rid of the car and decided to just run or ride my bike where ever I want to go.
My wife and kids either walk, ride bikes, hitch rides or use Uber or Lyft.
If we need to get someplace really far or haul something big and awkward I call Enterprise Rent a Car or truck – they deliver to my house and even pick it up when I’m done.
Self driving cars will go away in the next 15-20 yrs or less. Google, Tessla, Apple and all the tradional car makers are dumping billions into making self driving autonomous cars that you can summon to your location via an app on your phone within minutes where ever you are. They aim to get the cost down to about 6 cents a mile. The average car today cost about 60.8 cents per mile when you include in gas, insurance, maintanence, support systems like tax subsidies. It won’t make sense to buy one anymore. This will uncluttered driveways, garages, parking, streets and highways. By then most people will work from home and or be self employed also. Feel the pull of the future and pursue it instead of being stuck in the past…
I save all that money already and use the difference to buy myself lots of organic fruits, greens and veggies and the best running atire available and put the rest in savings.
At 58 it also gives me reason and the means to be fitter than I was in my 20’s.
It’s a shift in thinking and requires a willingness to buck the norm and not care what naysayers might say or think. I encounter people almost daily who express envy of the way I conduct my life.
The good news is anyone can do this… And over time more and more will.

Were we really born to run?

Based on human design from the examination of our hands, tongue, teeth, jaw design, digestive tract, nutrient needs, we are all born Fruitarians. 

 
Our upright postural development and the development of the gluteus muscle had to be and adaption motivated by generation of us needing to run across open expanses of grasslands to get to the next fruit grove for more food. This would have also led to our development of skin based sweat glands and relative hairlessness compared to other primates. 

As the distances between groves increased over the millinia, so did the development of our legs and hips. Our need for simple to digest carbohydrates to fuel these resupply missions worked well until we began to find too little fruits. This led to trying to find other sources of calories. After realizing we couldn’t survive on the harder fiberred plant life we probably came upon another creatures abandoned kill and out of desparation ate some of it. Some would have gotten sick and even died and some would have survived. 

Over time natural forest fires would have left opportunities to come upon the burned bodies of creatures caught in the fire and upon consuming some of these and realizing the lack of dramatic illness and death within hours afterwards humans began to seek how they could carry and even make fire to sanitize a dangerous source of survival food. 

As humans came to eat more flesh and fewer easy to digest fruits our glucose levels dropped as a new normal and the body responded by reducing brain function as the brain runs exclusively on glucose. 

Our endurance dropped and we no longer found joy in the run. It became a chore or a sprint to get close enough to wild animals to throw a spear or chase it into a trap. 

This was the beginning of humanity going beyond its truest humanity.

This loss of rememberance of our optimal foods and what it feels like to run far with optimal levels of blood glucose has led to our over reliance upon mechanical substitutes for legs, lungs and hearts and even sweating. Now we shuffle from chair to chair and wonder why life is so boring? Why we age so fast? Why nothing we eat seems to satisfy us and not questioning all the hype and marketing of dead food like things or the species appropriateness of a given food? In the running domain we get sold all kinds of beliefs about how fragile and weak and defective our feet are and how we need special pills, potions and powders to run far and fast. 

We still have these innate abilities to run far, thrive on a fruit centered diet, power up the whole brain instead of mainly the small logic and fear based centers. 

The key is decide to question all that you have been told and sold and begin to peel back all that to reveal the innate truths that have been there all along and give them what they need to thrive again. 

Lose the shoes…. Get to know your soles again.  Lose the cooked broken foods that camouflage your truest appetite. Discover the satiation of filling up on raw, ripe, living, high vitality fruits, greens and veggies.

What is a Natural Human Diet?

When you come upon road kill, do you feel compelled to stop and sniff it and perhaps snack on it? Does the sight of a dead animal make you salivate? Do you daydream about killing cows with your bare hands and eating them raw? If you answered no to these questions, congratulations—like it or not, you’re an innate fruitarian.

According to the most cutting edge biologists, anthropologists and researchers who study our anatomy, and that of humans of the past, humans are Fruitarian who are not well suited to eating meat or the harder fibered plants. It’s also being realized that dehydrating and cooking renders foods not intended for human consumption into forms that are not long term optimal for human health also.

Humans lack both the physical characteristics of carnivores and the instinct that drives them to kill animals and devour their raw carcasses and no animal in nature induces a “fever” into it’s food to render it edible. Therefore all cooked foods contribute some level of toxicity to the body’s systems responsible for inner cleanliness and the prevention of toxins harming us.

Although many humans choose to eat a wide variety of plant and animal foods, earning us the dubious title of “omnivore,” we’re anatomically herbivorous.

Teeth, Jaws, and Nails

Humans have short, soft fingernails and pathetically small “canine” teeth. In contrast, carnivores all have sharp claws and large canine teeth that are capable of tearing flesh.

Carnivores’ jaws move only up and down, requiring them to tear chunks of flesh from their prey and swallow them whole. Humans and other primates can move their jaws up and down and from side to side, allowing them to grind up fruit and vegetables with their back teeth. Like other plant eater’s teeth, humans’ back molars are flat for grinding fibrous plant foods. Carnivores lack these flat molars.

Dr. Richard Leakey, a renowned anthropologist, summarizes, “You can’t tear flesh by hand, you can’t tear hide by hand. Our anterior teeth are not suited for tearing flesh or hide. We don’t have large canine teeth, and we wouldn’t have been able to deal with food sources that require those large canines.”

When we take foods not suited for natural human consumption and cook them we may be releasing some of those foods nutrients for utilization but are also breaking the biochemical language of some of those nutrients rendering them as more or less inorganically recognizable chemicals to our body’s innate intelligence that orchestrates digestion and distribution of what we eat.  When this happens the body must go find within itself the missing “letters of the alphabet” that seem to be missing from the chemical sentences the organic biochemistry of the food is missing to make sense of  where the materials can be used. This process over time causes us deficiencies in various micro and even large molecule nutrients that result in the gradual and sometimes sudden weakening and or shut down of bodily systems and the appearance of symptoms of which Western Medicine loves to misdiagnose, label and exploit for long term profit.

Stomach Acidity

Carnivores swallow their food whole, relying on their extremely acidic stomach juices to break down flesh and kill the dangerous bacteria in meat that would otherwise sicken or kill them. Our stomach acids are much weaker in comparison because strong acids aren’t needed to digest pre-chewed fruits and vegetables. Our natural foods are almost self digesting when introduced to our digestive tracts.

Intestinal Length

Carnivores have short intestinal tracts and colons that allow meat to pass through the animal relatively quickly, before it can rot and cause illness. Humans’ intestinal tracts are much longer than those of carnivores of comparable size. Longer intestines allow the body more time to break down fiber and absorb the nutrients from plant-based foods, but they make it dangerous for humans to eat meat. The bacteria in meat have extra time to multiply during the long trip through the digestive system, increasing the risk of food poisoning. Meat actually begins to rot while it makes its way through human intestines, which increases the risk of colon cancer.

Human Psychology

Humans also lack the instinct that drives carnivores to kill animals and devour their raw carcasses. While carnivores take pleasure in killing animals and eating their raw flesh, any human who killed an animal with his or her bare hands and ate the raw corpse would be considered deranged. Carnivorous animals are excited by the scent of blood and the thrill of the chase. Most humans, on the other hand, are revolted by the sight of blood, intestines, and raw flesh and cannot tolerate hearing the screams of animals being ripped apart and killed. The bloody reality of eating animals is innately repulsive to us, another indication that we weren’t designed to eat meat. Where as when our nose catches the scent of tree ripened fruits we instantly begin to salivate and look around for where it is.

If We Were Meant to Eat Meat, Why Is It Killing Us?

 

Carnivorous animals in the wild virtually never suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, strokes, or obesity, ailments that are caused in humans in large part by the consumption of the saturated fat and cholesterol found in meat.

Studies have shown that even when fed 200 times the amount of animal fat and cholesterol that the average human consumes each day, carnivores do not develop the hardening of the arteries that leads to heart disease and strokes in humans.

Human bodies, on the other hand, weren’t designed to process animal flesh, so all the excess fat and cholesterol from a meat-based diet makes us sick. Heart disease, for example, is the number one killer in the U.S., according to the American Heart Association, and medical experts agree that this ailment is largely the result of the consumption of animal products. Meat-eaters have a 32 percent higher risk of developing heart disease than Fruitarians – Raw Vegans!

Excess Protein

We consume over twice as much protein as we need when we eat a meat-based diet, and this contributes to osteoporosis, tooth decay and kidney stones. According to peer-reviewed studies, animal protein raises the acid level in our blood, causing calcium to be excreted from the bones and teeth in order to restore the blood’s natural pH balance. This calcium depletion leads to osteoporosis and cavities, and the excreted calcium ends up in the kidneys and joints, where it can form kidney stones, trigger kidney disease, contribute to arthritis and or gout.

Consuming animal protein has also been linked to cancer of the colon, breast, prostate, and pancreas. According to nutrition expert T. Colin Campbell, the director of the Cornell-China-Oxford Project on Nutrition, Health, and Environment, “In the next ten years, one of the things you’re bound to hear is that animal protein … is one of the most toxic nutrients of all that can be considered.”

Eating meat can also have negative consequences for stamina and sexual potency. One Danish study indicated that “men riding a stationary bicycle until muscle failure lasted an average of 114 minutes on a mixed meat and vegetable diet, 57 minutes on a high-meat diet, and a whopping 167 minutes on a vegan diet.” Besides having increased physical endurance, vegan men are also less likely to suffer from impotence.

Food Poisoning

Since we don’t have strong stomach acids like carnivores to kill all the bacteria in meat, dining on animal flesh can also give us food poisoning. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, meat is a significant cause of foodborne illnesses in the U.S. because it’s often contaminated with dangerous bacteria such as E. coli, listeria, and campylobacter. Every year in the U.S. alone, food poisoning sickens more than 48 million people and kills more than 3,000. Think about this a moment… If those number were from the vitamin supplement industry those industries would be shut down in a heart beat!

Dr. William C. Roberts, editor of the authoritative American Journal of Cardiology, sums it up this way: “Although we think we are carnivores and we act as if we are one, human beings are not natural carnivores. When we kill animals to eat them, they end up killing us because their flesh, which contains cholesterol and saturated fat, was never intended for human beings, who are natural raw vegans.”

Human Evolution and the Rise of Meat-Heavy Diets

If it’s so unhealthy and unnatural for humans to eat meat, why did our ancestors sometimes turn to flesh for sustenance?

During most of our evolutionary history, we were raw fruitarian or ate lots of fruits and as desired greens and veggies: Once humans came down out of the trees and began to roam, yams, made up the bulk of our diet. The more frequent addition of modest amounts of meat to the early human diet came with humans leaving the forest for the open grasslands and finding themselves starving enough to resort to pillaging carnivores abandoned kills or the remains of animals killed in forest fires. Which is likely how humans came to the discovery of fire, which in learning to transport or create, allowed us to lower the risk of being sickened or killed by parasites and bacteria in and on meat. This practice didn’t turn our ancestors into carnivores but rather allowed early humans to survive during periods in which plant foods were unavailable.

Modern Humans

Until recently, only the wealthiest people could afford to feed, raise, and slaughter animals for meat, and less wealthy and poor people ate mostly plant foods. Consequently, prior to the 20th century, only the rich were plagued routinely with diseases such as heart disease and obesity.

Since 1950, the per capita consumption of meat has almost doubled. Now that animal flesh has become relatively cheap and is easily available (thanks to the cruel, cost-cutting practices of factory farming), deadly ailments such as heart disease, strokes, cancer, and obesity have spread to people across the socio-economic spectrum. And as the Western lifestyle spills over into less developed areas in Asia and Africa, people there, too, have begun to suffer and die from diseases associated with meat-based diets.

Today we find ourselves in a world where humanity is rapidly destroying all ecosystems and their inhabitants for the sake of continuing the consumption of meat for falsely held beliefs that we must have it to get enough protein and vitamin B12. Some even use the excuse that God ordained humans to ravage the Earth which is about as foolish as imaginable.

If humanity continues eating animals the end result will be catastrophic for the entire planet in just our lifetimes at this point.

What’s a Fruitarian Meal Look Like?

To thrive on the foods human design is optimized with one must first make the shift in perception that fruits are not just snacks. They are meals… Meaning one must eat enough of a given fruit to completely fill the stomach to the point of the body reaching the feeling of “satiation”. Most don’t know what actual satiation is. When Food is cooked or its of a material that our body does not recognize as out native foods (fruits, greens and veggies all of the more digestible varieties of fiber) will not trigger satiation and most have to use will power to avoid eating until stuffed or will resort to eating “deserts” because their core call for fruits still goes without satisfaction.

Here is an assortment of what I might during a typical day.

Bananas, peaches and prickly pears 
I keep the counter top loaded up with at least a 3 day supply of fruits like bananas, peaches, prickly pears, papayas, mangos, apples, avocados in paper bags to ripen them, watermelons, cantelopes, honey dew melons, tomatoes, durian , rambutan, persimmons, blackberries, pineapples, plums, plus the frig with the same speed of soft fibered greens like romain and spinach complimented with an assortment of veggies like cucumbers, radishes, celery, carrots, various colors of bell peppers. Most evenings even if I’ve done a run of over 5-8 hrs I’ll make a large salad with perhaps a couple apples, a whole cucumber, 2-3 large tomatoes, 4-5 large romain leaves, 8-10 good sized radishes, 2-3 stalks of celery, and make a bowl of guacamole or add avocado to a store bought guacamole (Sprouts and Cardenas locally have tasty ones made fresh each day with no preservatives or other junk added.) I do like black olive slices in some of my salads. Other than these foods the only supplement I take is a B12 capsule as I am minus an appendix and had all the signs of b12 decency before transitioning to a raw Fruitarian diet apparently for decades including neuropathy in my feet. I no longer have that!  

Papaya and bananas 😉

Prickly Pears… My favorite is the red ones as they are the sweetest. 5 for a dollar and that’s in the California. I’d bet they are 20 for a dollar in Arizona or even less in Mexico down south.

Durian is my favorite of all fruits.

Where do you get your protein? 

The most asked question by those who are curious about a Living Plant Based Diet.

  
First let’s break down a couple of myth-perceptions….

We cannot directly use any form of protein eaten. Protein molecules are too large and complex to go through a healthy intestinal wall. Protein must be broken down into its components to at least amino acids. 

  
That means proteins are going to require acids to chemically break them down. The same is true of fats – it takes substantial work on the body’s part to turn this complex food forms into things like glucose. 

Every cell in the human body runs on glucose. Glucose is a form of simple sugar. Our brains run almost exclusively on glucose or sugar.  

  
This simple sugar is so important that our brain will literally tell our body to catabolize or break down and convert muscle tissue including heart tissue into glucose to keep it powered up if we go long enough without consuming food sources it can easily utilize to fuel itself.

So consuming large protein molecules in the form of another animals flesh means the body will have to do a ton of work just to get small amounts of usable glucose to feed hungry systems. Most sources of flesh are upwards of 70% of the stored calories in a serving are in the form of saturated fats. The kind that are solid at room temperature. These fats tend to recoagulate in the blood stream and are sticky in nature this become the glue that causes blood cells to excessively clump and they can bind with glucose molecules making glucose molecules too large to fit through the microscopic pores in capillary walls that would allow glucose to leave the blood stream to be burned in the mitochondria of the cells as fuel. 

With so much glucose in the blood stream the body tends to dump insulin from the pancreas to cause the body to store the excess as a toxin loaded fatty material called cellulite. The cells and systems that are glucose hungry become further starved and massive cravings emerge. The person resorts to sugary and fatty – salty spiked processed food like concoctions and the cycle spirals into what is diagnosed as diabetes. 

Where medicine gets it wrong is declaring you’ve got a high blood sugar problem when in fat you’ve got a high fat and high protein problem and are likely defecient in many living food nutrients and the system of digestion is chronically over worked from the consumption of low water – low fiber – cooked or concocted foods or fake foods.

The solution is to transition as rapidly as possible to a raw fruit – raw vegan diet. These foods are almost self digesting, contain “living waters”, all the tiny yet essential nutrients needed to absorb and utilize the larger nutrients and to do so with effiency reducing total food intake.

Empathy vs Ego?

When I was a small boy I remember my step father taking me to one of my aunts home to visit. As our time there passed I noticed more and more men and their families showing up and as usual they were all drinking lots of alcohol and talking loud.

Then I saw one of them pick up a large metal bowl and a butcher knife and head outside with all the other men following.

I thought nothing of it at that point until I began to hear men yelling, laughing and a very large pig screaming louder than I’d ever heard any creature before.

I bolted out the door to see what was going on only to see 8-10 men holding down a massive male pig with some violently parting his hind legs while in the midst of cutting open his scrotum with no anesthetic and cutting off his testicles.

Then breaking out a can of something that sprayed blue all over the area they had gutted his crotch moments before. The pig screamed so loud and they were all laughing, hooping and hollering…

I felt such a revulsion that all I could do was stand speechless that adult men that I was supposed to see as noble, authoritarian, fair, trust worthy and ethical could do such a thing to a creature that offered no harm to anyone?

That was the beggining of my awakening to the mentally ill world I too had been born into.
