What is Optimal Food for Humans?

Our digestive systems and overall bodies are most similar to apes. That makes us, like apes, a frugivore! And a Frugivore’s GI tract is designed for fruit!

fruit mix

The strongest ape is the gorilla, which eats a 90 percent fruit diet, yet is one of the strongest animals walking this earth. However, if you want to get specific, scientists have estimated over the years that we share 99 percent of our DNA with another ape, the chimpanzee. In fact, humans are so similar to chimps, that the asymmetry of a chimpanzee’s brain and its hand preference (left or right) is parallel to ours. Is there another wild animal that can be left-handed? Other animals don’t even have hands—they have paws!

A chimps diet is 50 percent fruit, supplemented with greens, nuts, seeds, bark, blossoms, and insects. Very rarely will an ape hunt other mammals and eat their flesh, and when they do, it’s usually for dominance reasons.
If you gave an orange to your dog, it would think it’s a ball. Can you picture a lion trying to open a mango? What would a rabbit do with a watermelon? Certain animals are meant to eat certain foods, and it just so happens that you and apes are meant to pick, peel, scrape out seeds, and perfectly chew and digest fruit.

Yes, I know what some of you are thinking. “What about the sugar?” I had a client the other night tell me that her co-workers were aggressively informing her that she shouldn’t be eating that much watermelon, and it was just pure water and sugar. This is pure ignorance brought about by programming from the “establishment.” If it was true, I would have chronic illnesses and more importantly, so would the primates. I’m here to tell you, fructose is a natural simple sugar. It’s a monosaccharide that is metabolized easier than any other food we could put in our mouths. Complex carbs (starches, such as bread, potatoes, pastas, and flours) are long chains of carbon that leave behind “sugar leftovers” because the body can’t metabolize these structures properly. This brings forth fungus, belly fat, and can cause your sugar levels to spike. So it’s not how much sugar is in a food—it’s what kind of sugar is in a food!

When I teach children, I refer to the fructose in fruit as “Sunlight Sugar.” It’s magical and incomparable to table sugar or the refined sugar put in cookies and candy. It’s the best kind of simple carbon you can get. And remember, you need carbon and oxygen to create vital energy. What other foods are better? Grains? Beans? Pastas? Breads? Flesh? Dairy? You know what these foods have in common? They all can’t be consumed in their natural state! You have to soak them, or boil them, or pasteurize them, or cook them, or add ingredients. These denatured foods can manifest into poor health as they cause immune responses in the body. Why would the human body react that way toward these foods? Because they’re recognized as foreign. It’s like breaking into a department store and the alarm is going off! Intruder! Intruder! Intruder!

Fruit is special. Think about how many flavors there are. Is there another food on this planet that has the variety of tastes that fruit does? Is there another food that even tastes good in its natural state at all? Even the “establishment” knows this; that’s why they use fruit flavors for your fake, destructive, artificial foods, like candy, gum, and ice cream. The same person who criticized my client for eating too much watermelon probably sucks on watermelon-flavored candy, drinks cherry soda, or feeds their kids orange-flavored popsicle.

And if that’s not enough reason, isn’t fruit one of the only natural foods that you don’t have to refrigerate (nuts and seeds too)? They take a long time to start decomposing, don’t they? The only fruits I put in the fridge are berries (grapes included) because they tend to ripen fast. But my apples, oranges, melons, mangoes, pears, pineapples, and peppers all stay in a big old basket I bought. You can’t leave kale or spinach un-bagged in a basket, can you? You can’t leave flesh or dairy out on the counter, can you? No! They all oxidize and then go bad.

As you start to incorporate more fruit into your daily diet, you may get slight stomach-ache, rumbling, or acidity. In fact, I had a client just the other day say that her stomach was rumbling real loud at her job from eating too much fruit. She was discouraged and embarrassed. The first reaction is the blame the fruit! So I asked what she ate the day before. Turns out it was junk! The reason for the tummy noise was because fruit is astringent, meaning it’s a cleaner. So, it’s cleaning up your gut and mixing with the “junk” that is already leftover in your tummy. So let’s not blame the fruit for doing it’s job. If you ate a high-fruit diet, you wouldn’t get the stomach-ache, rumbling, or acidity because you would be clean. Remember, this food stuff is all chemistry! Fruit is always the answer to the human body, and I’ll tell you why:

Why Fruit:

1. Juicy fruits such as grapes, berries, and melons move lymph.

2. Fruit gives natural energy with no spikes and crashes like “sweets.”

3. The fructose in fruit needs no insulin. It diffuses through the cells.

4. A piece of fruit digests in about an hour.

5. Fruit is full of vitamins and minerals.

6. Fruit is full of fiber.

7. Fruits are on the alkaline side of chemistry.

8. Fruit helps the nervous system, giving you clarity and focus.

9. There are so many kinds, with so many flavors.

10. Most nuts and seeds come from fruits, which makes it a complete food group.

11. Fruit is astringent and cleans and sweeps out toxins and wastes.

12. Fruits don’t need to be denatured, so you can eat them raw. This makes fruit real fast food.

Reasons not to mix complex and simple carbs in diet or heat food

Humans are innate “mono meal” creatures just like all other animals in nature. Mono meals are single item foods that allow optimal digestion to happen on that single selection.

Also why giving your food a “fever” otherwise referred to as cooking compromises health.

The Psychology of Monsanto Level Marketing

Millions Against Monsanto by OrganicConsumers.org
“There is a violent contest between real knowledge and propaganda, real food and the toxic commodities of industrial agriculture. Commodities being served up with a side of propaganda from a dispenser.
Propaganda and this fake food rely on distancing – the producer from the consumer, the knowledge from the farmer – and distancing us from the ability to tell real food from the fake.”

POISONING YOU FOR PROFIT~ WHAT A BUSINESS PLAN
The same chemical companies that produce toxic chemicals also produce prescription drugs, veterinary medicines, a wide array of medical products and imaging technologies, hold cancer treatment and medical device patents, and a produce a staggering assortment of over-the-counter palliatives.
Families with toxin induced illnesses often spend large sums for drugs and medical treatment.
This circle of profit is not conspiracy theory, but an easily provable fact.
Below are chem/pharm web sites for the largest companies in the world. There you can see quickly and clearly that these companies profit from all sides of the picture.
Aventis was launched in December 1999 through the merger of Hoechst AG of Germany and Rhône-Poulenc SA of France. Main Home Page for Aventis–go to top right and click on “Aventis Worldwide” to see medical, agrochemical and pharmaceutical categories of business.

Dow’s pesticide products include the organophosphate pesticide Dursban (a/k/a Chlorpyrifos/a/k/a RAID a/k/a Lorsban and is found in about 800 other pesticide products). Dursban was to be phased out and banned from indoor, yard and garden use last year because of what it does to the developing brain.
EPA was going to allow Dursban to “continue to be sold until current stocks run out” but Dow has been scrambling to get this delayed, and has been conducting short term clinical trials by feeding Dursban pills to healthy teenagers in an attempt to get it back on the market: http://www.time.com/time/covers/1101020422/poisons.html

It is interesting to note that the Bayer corporation was originally the I.G. Farben Company with deep ties to the Nazis during the 1920s and 30s. I.G. Farben produced Zyklon-B gas which was used in the Nazi death camps. Other big chem/pharm manufacturers became owners of pieces of I.G. Farben during the lengthy process of dissolving its assets after decades of lawsuits and pressures from international organizations for alleged I.G.Farben Nazi crimes. Here is a quote from the BBC:
“Most of the company’s assets were confiscated after World War II and were transferred to four big German corporations: Bayer, Hoechst, Agfa and BASF.”

Did you know that thousands of toxic chemicals are impregnated into products that we come in intimate contact with every day that have woefully inadequate testing? Synthetic chemicals are found in clothing, furniture, bedding, paper, food storage containers, building materials, pillow feathers, pillow covers, inks, mattresses, food, cosmetics, carbonless paper, fragrances, and tampons. A wide variety of fat soluble pesticides are even impregnated into animal feed (fat soluble means it stores in fat). One of the reasons this is done is to cut down on flies in the barnyard. The fecal matter becomes so toxic that it ends up killing the flies! So the questions is — does the animal fat cause us to get dosed with low levels of this stuff? See EPA web site: http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/cfr/waisidx_99/40cfr186_99.html
Most of the public is completely unaware of how pervasive toxic chemicals are in our homes and offices. If it were just one or two of the chemicals–the effects might be tolerable. But that is not the case at all because the relentless cumulative and synergistic effects of these chemicals is causing great harm to human, animal and environmental health.
When we, our children and our animals suffer symptoms or become ill, have trouble with our reproductive systems — we spend many thousands of dollars on medical imaging, tests, treatments, operations, hospitals and drugs… a circle of profit that has no equal in the corporate world. Again this year – the chemical/pharmaceutical industry was declared the most profitable industry in the world.
What a business plan!

Exposing the Bad Guys and Natures Most Valuable and Eternal Truths

What is Humanities Truest Diet?

Our intestines are about 32 feet long to facilitate the digestion or extraction of nutrients from fruits and vegetables have so many nutrients.

image

Our Innate intelligence organized and evolved us to be able to extract the wild variety of nutrients contained in the softer varieties of fiber in most fruits, some greens and veggies.

Flesh has zero fiber and rots quickly in a warm wet environment and has very little variety of nutrients.  Flesh also requires potent doses of hydrochloride acid to break down.

image

Carnivorous species produce lots of this while fruitivous and herbivorous do not. Some argue that humans are omnivorous without rating how inefficiently we handle and respond to flesh or animal DNA consumption.

image

These are some of the reasons why real carnivores and omnivores have extremely short intestines, sleep all day, have foul breath, poor endurance and shorter lifespans.

One of clearest ways to tell what our native foods are is to expose a toddler to a variety of possibilities as represented below and see which its unbiased innate causes it to salivate and gravitate towards.

image

Question what you have been exposed to without deep examination. You’ll find 98% of it has been completely false and destructive to what is ideal for your life.

Stuck in Traffic

I see post on FaceBook of friends and family frustrated and angry because they are “Stuck in Traffic” – When I traverse the region I live in known as “The Inland Empire” or Corona California, I many times run past blocks of people “Stuck in Traffic” even far away from the main freeway “The 91 or the 15” on surface streets. I feel like a free animal running past others of my species that are in cages whose doors are unlocked. The real lock is just a construct of their minds.
This is my response to one such post about “Being stuck in traffic”

But remember… You are traffic! I stopped hating myself and got rid of the car and decided to just run or ride my bike where ever I want to go.
My wife and kids either walk, ride bikes, hitch rides or use Uber or Lyft.
If we need to get someplace really far or haul something big and awkward I call Enterprise Rent a Car or truck – they deliver to my house and even pick it up when I’m done.
Self driving cars will go away in the next 15-20 yrs or less. Google, Tessla, Apple and all the tradional car makers are dumping billions into making self driving autonomous cars that you can summon to your location via an app on your phone within minutes where ever you are. They aim to get the cost down to about 6 cents a mile. The average car today cost about 60.8 cents per mile when you include in gas, insurance, maintanence, support systems like tax subsidies. It won’t make sense to buy one anymore. This will uncluttered driveways, garages, parking, streets and highways. By then most people will work from home and or be self employed also. Feel the pull of the future and pursue it instead of being stuck in the past…
I save all that money already and use the difference to buy myself lots of organic fruits, greens and veggies and the best running atire available and put the rest in savings.
At 58 it also gives me reason and the means to be fitter than I was in my 20’s.
It’s a shift in thinking and requires a willingness to buck the norm and not care what naysayers might say or think. I encounter people almost daily who express envy of the way I conduct my life.
The good news is anyone can do this… And over time more and more will.
Create a better world instead of just wishing for one…

Were we really born to run?

Based on human design from the examination of our hands, tongue, teeth, jaw design, digestive tract, nutrient needs, we are all born Fruitarians.

Our upright postural development and the development of the gluteus muscle had to be and adaption motivated by generation of us needing to run across open expanses of grasslands to get to the next fruit grove for more food. This would have also led to our development of skin based sweat glands and relative hairlessness compared to other primates.

As the distances between groves increased over the millinia, so did the development of our legs and hips. Our need for simple to digest carbohydrates to fuel these resupply missions worked well until we began to find too little fruits. This led to trying to find other sources of calories. After realizing we couldn’t survive on the harder fiberred plant life we probably came upon another creatures abandoned kill and out of desparation ate some of it. Some would have gotten sick and even died and some would have survived.

Over time natural forest fires would have left opportunities to come upon the burned bodies of creatures caught in the fire and upon consuming some of these and realizing the lack of dramatic illness and death within hours afterwards humans began to seek how they could carry and even make fire to sanitize a dangerous source of survival food.

As humans came to eat more flesh and fewer easy to digest fruits our glucose levels dropped as a new normal and the body responded by reducing brain function as the brain runs exclusively on glucose.

Our endurance dropped and we no longer found joy in the run. It became a chore or a sprint to get close enough to wild animals to throw a spear or chase it into a trap.

This was the beginning of humanity going beyond its truest humanity.

This loss of rememberance of our optimal foods and what it feels like to run far with optimal levels of blood glucose has led to our over reliance upon mechanical substitutes for legs, lungs and hearts and even sweating. Now we shuffle from chair to chair and wonder why life is so boring? Why we age so fast? Why nothing we eat seems to satisfy us and not questioning all the hype and marketing of dead food like things or the species appropriateness of a given food? In the running domain we get sold all kinds of beliefs about how fragile and weak and defective our feet are and how we need special pills, potions and powders to run far and fast.

We still have these innate abilities to run far, thrive on a fruit centered diet, power up the whole brain instead of mainly the small logic and fear based centers.

The key is decide to question all that you have been told and sold and begin to peel back all that to reveal the innate truths that have been there all along and give them what they need to thrive again.

Lose the shoes…. Get to know your soles again.  Lose the cooked broken foods that camouflage your truest appetite. Discover the satiation of filling up on raw, ripe, living, high vitality fruits, greens and veggies.

 Power up!

How do I fund a lifestyle that gives me to the time to run and eat real foods?
