There’s a ton of opinions out there on what one should consume to optimize energy production, over adaption and hydration.

I’m going to show you how to tune into what the massive intelligence that governs hundreds of trillions of biochemical transactions and processes that have happened just since you started reading this sentence and realize what it has been screaming at you since probably shortly after birth but you’ve been trained to ignore its intelligence and precision of information.

Regeneration and Over Adaption

Most think the purpose of exercise is to make you stronger. That’s false! The purpose of exercise is to make you weak! Yes, weak!

Before any organ or system can become stronger than it is, it must be drained of much of its biochemical resources and Life Force for the body’s Innate Super Intelligence can activate both tissue regeneration and stress load over adaption to take place.

These events require very specific Life Force mixed with Intention and Effort conditions be implemented to “Upgrade” at the fastest possible rate and progressively layer by layer.

This is how humans that seem to operate at levels far beyond those of ordinary men and women get to such levels.

Stillness in Motion

To perfect anything, one must both know and own its duality or opposite. Everything in this realm we call life has its opposite.

The average person somewhat has opinions about only bits of one side of any given focus in the moment. Perhaps they are equally awkwardly poised on the opposite of what they believe they know.

Neither Stillness nor Motion require active anything on our part to experience. Only Mindfulness.

In this module, you will learn how to become peacefully calm in the midst of a hurricane.

From there, will have the keys to unlock all your other super powers that will put you at peace in any situation or activity and allow you to focus massive powers into whatever you take on to do or accomplish with little if any sensation of effort.
